Course Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment Process
- Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application
- We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our sole discretion
- Course details, schedules, and pricing are subject to change without notice
- Minimum enrollment numbers may be required for courses to proceed
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due before course commencement unless payment plan arrangements are made
- Payment plans are subject to approval and may incur additional fees
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Late payment fees may apply for overdue installments
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Student Cancellations
- Cancellations more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus $50 administration fee
- Cancellations 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days before course start: No refund
- Cancellations after course commencement: No refund
Flicker Path Cancellations
- If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or transfer to another course
- We are not liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred due to course cancellation
- Course transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your course after attending the first two sessions, you may withdraw and receive a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to one-on-one coaching or corporate training.
Course Attendance and Participation
- Regular attendance is required for course completion
- Make-up sessions may be available for missed classes, subject to availability
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund
- Course materials and resources are for personal use only
- Recording of sessions is prohibited without prior written consent
Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Flicker Path. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without permission
- Use our training methods or content for commercial purposes
- Record or photograph course sessions without consent
- Reverse engineer or copy our training methodologies
Privacy and Confidentiality
- We respect the privacy of all participants and expect the same in return
- Personal information shared during courses must remain confidential
- We may use anonymized feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes
- Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flicker Path shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
- Any claims arising from the conduct of other participants
Health and Safety
- You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation
- We are not responsible for any health issues arising from course participation
- Emergency procedures will be explained at course commencement
- You participate in activities at your own risk
Professional Standards
- We maintain high professional standards in all our training
- Inappropriate behavior towards staff or other participants is not tolerated
- We reserve the right to remove participants who violate our code of conduct
- Complaints should be directed to our management team

- You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website
- User-generated content must comply with our community guidelines
- We may monitor and remove inappropriate content
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Consumer Rights
